NSP’s patent pending Coco Mat technology starts with random coconut fibers which are sandwiched between two layers of fiberglass and then laminated with Epoxy resin around a Secure Cell E.P.S. core. The coconut fibers are remarkably strong compared to current surfboard building materials and are also what gives the our Coco Mat boards their raw natural beauty. Each board is topped off with a Fluid Finish which gives the board a nice lively look combined with a soft satin touch.
